• Service will be scheduled at the day and time agreed upon on the phone. Please call us at 949.614.3524 to confirm before completing the payment.
• Please review our service area before making any payments.
• Cancellations made less then 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Please let us know in advance so we can reschedule your appointment.
• Any additional time at location must be approved in writing via form provided by the crew, email or text message.
• Please note that we do not use tall ladders on the interior or the exterior. All cleaning at heights is done by a 2-step ladder and extension tools.
• Please note we do not use harmful and/or harsh chemicals for cleaning (ex. bleach) even at customer's request.
